My Focus At State College of Florida

Hello! My name is Gabriel Comer. I prefer to be called by Gabe.
I originally was raised in Arkansas, moved to Washington state when I was 13, and have spent around the last 4 years here in Florida.
Some of my hobbies include playing video games, reading, and listening to music.
In that time, I've worked at a warehouse and performed tasks such as managing inventory, put away or pulled down pallets of stock with a forklift, packed and shipping out orders, loaded and unloaded trucks, and more.
After saving up some money, I was able to purchase my own car and started attending college concurrently with work.

My initial studies were for Computer Science, but I pivoted to English as I thought of becoming an English teacher.
I rebounded from that idea later, though, and have set my eyes back on Computer Science.
After a few years of study at SCF, I know now what I want to study. Game design is the career that I want to start heading towards.
It took some time to reflect on that, but I'm ready to start pursuing my path with renewed focus.
I have a lot to learn, so I'll be sure to do all it takes to pass this class!
